Healthy Paleo Bread Recipe

As women in our 50s, eating healthy is more important now than ever. However, without healthy recipes, it’s impossible. For example, I love bread. After all, who doesn’t? However, it’s not the best food to put in our bodies. Store-bought bread is typically full of sugar, additives and inflammatory ingredients. That’s why I make this healthy paleo bread recipe instead:

  1. Combine water, eggs, apple cider vinegar, flax meal into a bread making machine
  2. Add olive oil, coconut flour, sunflower seeds, tapioca, yeast and salt
  3. Use the whole wheat cycle on your bread making machine and be sure to manually mix all ingredients thoroughly.
