Tiffany & Co sold for over €14 billion euro. It’s reported today that multinational luxury goods conglomerate LVMH Moët Hennessy have bought the world famous jewellery chain Tiffany & Co.

The French fashion house have paid over €14 billion euro for the American chain who are renowned the world over for their luxury jewellery.

Founded back in 1987, LVMH already own many of the world’s main fashion, cosmetics, wines brands that include, Louis Vuitton, Fendi, Marc Jacobs and Givenchy perfumes.

The $16.2 billion deal is expected to establish LVMH’s watches and jewellery position in the American market.

American singer, Normani has been named as the debut brand ambassador for Rihanna’s lingerie brand Savage X Fenty.

The former member of the girl group Fifth Harmony who performed at the Savage X Fenty runway show last September will appear in their holiday ad campaigns with Rihanna describing Normani as the “perfect choice” to showcase her lingerie collection.

In a news statement released by Savage X Fenty, Rihanna said: “Normani is the perfect choice for a Savage X ambassador. She exudes confidence and power. Everything she does is executed with passion and the belief she’s going to kill it. That’s why people gravitate towards her.”

The 23 year old singer from Atlanta, in the US has already had a string of hits since leaving the girl band. She has collaborated with musicians that include Khalid, Calvin Harris and Sam Smith

Talking about her new role, Normani said: “Savage X celebrates and empowers women of all shapes, sizes, and colours. I am so grateful for this opportunity and excited for what’s to come with my new Savage X family.”

She also revealed that Rihanna contacted her personally to ask her to ask if she would be the face of her brand.
